Recent media stories about companies, people and whole sectors of the economy being caught up in the new Immigration Act have highlighted the need for attorneys in this field to be alive to the changes and challenges.

The seminar will look at the changes brought about by the Immigration Amendment Act, 2011. It will, in particular, look at the new work visas and the application processes – both short and long term work visas – as well as the changed enforcement and travel requirements.
