Rebecca Rosenblat, aka Dr. Date – certified relationship and sexuality therapist /advice columnist /published author /lecturer – is Toronto's hottest offering to the relationship and sexuality scene. Known for her to-the-point teaching and entertaining delivery, she has built a strong reputation in giving audiences what they crave, through her talk shows, books, seminars, interviews, and advice columns.

As a psychology graduate from the University of Toronto, Rebecca Rosenblat's credentials earned her an incredible opportunity to work at Canada's most prestigious psychiatric facility – The Clarke Institute. During this time, she became a popular international lecturer, published in several medical and psychiatric journals, and nurtured her counseling skills. After years of service at the Clarke, Rebecca shifted her focus from clinical psychology to relationships, becoming involved in sex therapy and relationship counseling. As well, she became a certified mediator through the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law, and a certified Sex Therapist through various accredited institutions, specializing in some of the latest therapeutic techniques. Additionally, Rebecca began to pursue her love of writing (both fiction and non-fiction) and became a published author with coveted reviews.

Currently, Rebecca is hosting a sexual makeover TV show, and her own talk show titled Sex @ 11, and is involved in writing critical books, articles, and regular advice columns for various magazines.

On the lecture circuit, she continues to run successful seminars for various trade shows, The Learning Annex, Mensa, and Sex Educators and Therapists conferences.

Rebecca's expertise has been featured in various international newspaper and magazine articles, and an award-winning documentary by the National Film Board of Canada.
