3. What is the real estate portfolio size and composition of the company you work for? Has the portfolio increased during your tenure? Why? What have been your contributions?

4. Detail your other financial contributions. This may include return on investment (ROI), return on assets (ROA), net rental income, net profits, increase in consulting and development fees, or any other performance index.

5. Who are your customers? Individuals or companies? Describe your customer demographics in detail.

6. Do you have supervisory responsibility? For what functions? For how many employees? What are their job functions?

7. Do you have budgeting responsibility – capital budgets, project budgets and/or operating budgets? How much? Are you also responsible for budget development, forecasting and variance analysis?

8. Have you been able to reduce operating or project costs? How? By how much?

9. What are the major projects you have been involved in and/or directed? List project name, type of project, size of project (e.g., acres, square footage, number of facilities) and dollar value.

10. Were there any major project obstacles or problems that you successfully resolved? Please explain.

11. Have you delivered any projects ahead of schedule and/or under budget? By how much? How did you accomplish this? Did you or your employer receive any financial compensation for this?

12. Any responsibility for regulatory affairs, compliance and reporting? What about environmental issues relative to real estate development, construction and/or property management?

13. What local, state and/or federal agencies do you deal with? In relation to what matters?

14. What honors and awards have you earned? From what company or professional organization? For what efforts?

15. Detail your experience in contract negotiations – with customers, vendors, business partners and/or others.

16. What about your experience using PC technology? What software and applications do you work with? Involved in implementing anything new into the organization?

17. Have you been involved in structuring, negotiating or managing any real estate partnerships, joint ventures, franchises or other partnerships? With whom? For what? What was the dollar value of the effort?

18. Did you lead any new business efforts, developing new clients, markets, products and/or services? Any quantifiable financial results?

19. Any responsibility for the sale/disposition of non-performing properties?

20. Do you serve on any special task forces, committees, condominium associations, property owners associations or anything else as it relates to property/real estate development and management?
