· Canteen Duty· Christmas Twilight Market / The PFA is still happy to send out letters to Class Reps to recruit canteen helpers if required.

· The School Council is very impressed by the amount the PFA has raised so far this year.

Review of Events
· Movie Afternoon - $295 profit. 100 people attended. Need to determine a faster process for office to make payment to Cinema· Bastille Day - $270 profit. 92 croissants sold. Next time instructions on how to sign up online to order need to be included on the flyer
Upcoming Events
Item· Bowling Evening (29 July) – 40 people needed to cover costs. It has been well advertised
· Golf Day (22 Oct) – Date change
· Bake Sale (18 Aug) – Prep/Grade 5/Grade 6. Sale will begin at 3:30 pm
· Casino Royal Night (9 Sept) – The permits have come through. Another meeting to be held Friday 28th July
· Christmas Twilight Market (1 Dec) – Amanda to give an update at the next meeting
· Father/Son Camp (14 Oct) – Grade 1, Grade 2 & Grade 3
Other Business
· Father’s Day Stall -To be held on Friday 25th August or Friday 1st Sept. Kathryn to check with Anna which date would suit her· School Concert - The PFA will assist with selling tickets and handing out programs at the School Concert. Volunteers to see Danni
· PFA Event Manual – Andrew Mac started a manual. Carolyn to find the Pro forma. Complete Pro forma for each event the PFA are involved in so that the information is readily available for new members
· Footy Fun Day – 21st Sept. Sausages and bread for lunch. Kate Locke to look into using Trybooking for ordering
· Earn and Learn Program – Liddell to organise a box for Balwyn Woolworths
· Uniform Shop – currently raising $300 - $400 a month
· School Banking – raised $498.57 during Term 2
