  • The Project Management Institute PMI TORONTO second largest PMI chapter in the world, serving more than 5,000 members in the Greater Toronto Area.
  • PMI TORONTO hosts a variety of events for which we welcome proposals from experienced speakers, general business, leadership, project management or technical and industry experts. The provided content will be reviewed in conjunction with other submissions and, if selected, will also be used for event promotion.
  • The majority of PMI TORONTO in-person events are delivered either in Downtown Toronto or in the former North York. Some of the eventsare delivered in the Newmarket or Barrie areas.

  3. IF you received this form from a PMI TORONTOrepresentative, please return the completed formdirectly to themviaemail and they will continue to coordinate the speaking engagement with you.
  4. IF you are submitting a general proposalplease e-mail the completed form and your presentation at least twelve (12) weeksprior to your intended event date. You will receive notification that your proposal was received, and if your proposal is accepted, you will be contacted to discuss options for scheduling your event.

PART F – COPYRIGHT STATEMENT

Please be advised that if you provide your consent to post your presentation material on the PMI TORONTO website, the chapter reserves the right to make the material available to its memberswithout consulting the presenter.

The agreement to post the presentation/webinar material on the PMI TORONTO website, does not eliminate the presenter right to own the intellectual property of the material.

If accepted to present, you may include copyrighted materials as handouts provided that

a)Presenter obtains written permission from the copyright holder, and

b)Presenter pays any permission fees, if any.

As such, the presenter expressly agrees to obtain any such permission and pay any required fees prior to the use and distribution of those materials or information. It is essential that this policy be observed because of the legal implications for all concerned.
