Re: Robert Gates nomination and felony misconduct far worse than that
addressed by your committee, the genesis of Iran-Contra misconduct.
Dear Senator Boren:
The media indicates that your committee is focusing on relatively mild issues in the Iran-Contra affair, and your intention to limit the issues to whether Robert Gates failed to oversee what was happening in the Iran-Contra affair. A corollary would be limiting the investigation of contract killers in Murder Incorporated for ethic violations. You know very well, from the evidence that I previously submitted to you,[1] that the real issues are the criminal and treasonous acts that were the genesis of the Iran-Contra affair. The previously submitted evidence described the secret flight by George Bush and others[2] to Paris in October 1980, to finalize the agreement delaying the release of the 52 American hostages in exchange for large quantities of military supplies, participated in by private citizens in conspiracy with federal employees, both of whom sabotaged the efforts of the United States to obtain the release of the American hostages. The smoking gun in this scandal that defrauded the United States is Captain Russbacher, who flew Robert Gates (the official now being investigated for relatively minor charges), William Casey, George Bush, and others, to Paris. Russbacher flew Bush back to the United States from a French military base near Paris to McGuire Air Force Base, with George Bush in the second seat.
The implications of this conspiracy are awesome, and threatens to wake the American public to the pattern of widespread corruption by federal officials in all three branches of government.
Additional federal crimes of national and international ramifications were reported by this key CIA operative, who is willing to testify if total immunity is given to him. Already there have been attempts on his life to silence him. As a CIA official in CIA-front savings and loan, he had the knowledge of how renegade CIA factions looted savings and loans; drug smuggling operations into the United States by CIA-front airlines, with corrupt control of other government agencies to where the drugs are smuggled into military airbases, such as Homestead; assassination actions seeking to kill the smoking gun, Captain Russbacher (that reportedly killed three navy officials at Fort Ord on April 30, 1991); and other crimes of national impact implicating federal judges, members of Congress, federal officials in all three branches of government.
You have chosen to keep the lid on these major crimes undermining the government of the United States. Your actions duplicate that of another Oklahoma Senator, Monroney, whose felony coverup/obstruction of justice, when I brought these crimes to his attention, made possible some of the nation's worst air disasters. As a government investigator, I uncovered a pattern of air safety/criminal violations by federal officials, including officials subsequently implicated in other scandals, including the Iranian hostage scandal. The felony coverup by that Oklahoma Senator has been followed by your coverup, making Oklahoma famous for something other than its winds.
My prior writings to you pleaded for help, as the harms inflicted upon whistleblowers are escalating. I am facing prison in retaliation for reporting these crimes to a federal court.[3] My life's assets of ten million dollars were corruptly seized, as part of the rampant Chapter 11 judicial corruption that you and other members of Congress are protecting. Captain Russbacher's health is very bad, and he needs surgery. But he is afraid of being killed while in this vulnerable position, something like the Fort Ord reported assassination (typical of CIA activities overseas, carried into domestic affairs). I am 68 years old, have six coronary bypasses, stripped of my life's assets to silence me. People have and are being killed in specific airline crashes that arose from the pattern of corruption. CIA factions are looting savings and loans. They smuggle drugs into the United States to fund their activities, while our liberties are eroded in the cause of fighting the drug problem. Overseas activities started by renegade CIA factions escalate into wars, such as Vietnam. Foreign citizens are brutally killed, including assassinated, as a result of CIA commenced operations. But Senator Boren and other congressional colleagues are looking at ethic violations!
Good show Senator Boren. Fortunately for you and others, the mass media aids and abets these criminal activities.
