Shaping Solihull: Five Community Collaboratives – Extending the Service

The five Community Collaboratives have been discussed and agreed with Headteachers and Deputy Headteachers. Primary schools with a Children’s Centre on site/provision within their immediate catchment are written in bold. The number in brackets refers to the Phase when the Children’s Centre was established. i.e. 1/2/3.

Each Community Collaborative has 2 or more nominated Headteacher reps and at least one Extended Services Review Link Person. The Headteacher reps will be invited to attend monthly meetings to discuss developments/ideas/proposals etc. They will update their colleagues at their Community Collaborative meeting. The ES Review Link Person will attend Community Collaborative meetings where and when appropriate; they may also be invited to other Community Collaboratives.
