We are committed to improving employment practices and also wish to gain a better understanding as to why employees leave the University.

This questionnaire gives you the opportunity to comment on your experiences and perceptions whilst working at the University. You will be provided with the option towards the end of the questionnaire to discuss your responses confidentially with a member of Human Resources.
