5.PLANNING APPLICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION

17/01048/FUL Proposed single storey extension and demolition of existing lean to store. The Paddock, Easingwold. Full Council agreed NO OBJECTIONS.

17/01161/RPN Notification of prior approval for a larger home extension extending 3.2 m beyond the

Rear wall of the original dwelling, 2.4 m maximum height at the eaves and a maximum height of 3.7m measured from ground level. NO OBJECTIONS
