Race Location: Brown Farm 11620 Hamilton-Cleves Road Ross Township Ohio
Candy Run: Participants will lap around the pumpkin patch three times and receive candy along the way!
Kids receive candy but all ages are encouraged to participate.
Walk-a Thon: Secure pledges for whatever you can get per lap. Checks are made payable to RAMM. Turn in envelope on day of event.
Zombie One Mile Fun Run:
Course Description: Semi-flat farm field with optional 8 obstacles in this non-timed run!
Participation: Anyone can run. But everything changes when you’re running for your life! Test your speed, strength, and endurance through one mile of man-made and natural obstacles—all while being chased by hungry, merciless zombies.
Run alone or form a team. Survive with at least one health flag and you will receive the “Survivor” medal; otherwise join the horde of the undead with an “infected” medal. *Team work pays off in the apocalypse; if at least one team member survives with one flag, the entire team survives!
Participants receive:
- A Dare to Care T-Shirt (For Adults in Zombie Run) or Candy for Kids
- A finishers medal, either “Survivor” or “Infected”
- A custom race bib
- A beverage at the “Freaky Finish Line”
- An awesome experience to share with your friends
Rules and Safety
To be able to participate as aa runner or zombie, you MUST PRE-REGISTER AND PAY BY SEPTEMBER 25. For those not running in the race, a spectator button “Heart Infected by RAMM” is required to gain access to the race area. No weapons or mock weapons will be permitted on the premises. No drugs, outside alcohol, or outside food/beverages are permitted in the race course area. ZOMBIE TRAINING WILL BE HELD AT 9:00 am on day of event. Provide own costume. Make up done by funeral director Dan Young!
Obstacles
If being chased by zombies isn’t enough, we will have a series of man-made and natural obstacles and features waiting for you throughout the course. The obstacles at Zombie Run are intended to add interest and challenge to the event. Obstacles are optional; there is no penalty for skipping an obstacle. Obstacles vary by venue and are designed for all fitness levels.
