COMMITTEE DESCRIPTIONS
Educational Programs Committee: Responsible for providing quality programs to the membership in response to member interests, securing meeting facilities and arranging food for monthly chapter meetings, distributing program notices, and coordinating with the Business Partners Committee to arrange sponsors for each meeting.
Business Partners Committee: Responsible for promoting and maintaining strong relationships with our Business Partners in order to enhance the services and benefits available to chapter members and strengthen the chapter’s economic base. The Committee serves as a liaison between several of the Chapter’s Committees when coordinating activities which require Business Partners participation.
Salary & Benefits Survey Committee: Responsible for overseeing the annual Salary & Benefits Survey for the Raleigh-Durham Area Chapter.
Communications/Website Committee: Responsible for developing formats for sharing information with the membership, publicizing chapter information, and enhancing the visibility of the chapter at the local, regional, and national levels.
Community Outreach Committee: Responsible for researching, organizing, and implementing chapter volunteer opportunities with the community.
New Member Committee: Responsible for soliciting new members, providing membership information to potential members, and welcoming new members into the organization.
