PART - A

1. What is the importance of drafting and general principles of good drafting.

2. Mohan had advanced a loan of Rs 50,000/- to David. David executed a promissory note at the same time in favour of Mohan. David did not repay the said loan in spite of demand notice sent by Mohan to him.
