Raiffeisenbank offers same account numbers and loan discounts under the Code of Mobility

To its new clients using assistance in changing their bank (so-called mobility), Raiffeisenbank offers simple switch of the bank as well as various benefits, such as an account number of the client’s choice, or discounts on loan products.

Clients who choose mobility to switch to Raiffeisenbank now get various benefits. „Clients often do not want to change their bank because of losing their account number. We are offering the same account number, only the bank code will change. If the particular number is not available, clients can choose any account number meeting their requirements,“ said Raiffeisenbank’s product manager Roman Přeučil.

In addition to choosing the account number, clients can benefit from loan discounts if using mobility. The bank will offer a 0.4% discount on the mortgage loan interest rate with 1-year to 5-year fixing or a one per cent discount on the interest rate applied to Quick Loan consumer loans to every new client. “The Code of Mobility still falls behind being used widely; there are generally tens of clients using it every month; this is aimed at promoting the code so that clients will be aware of the option,“ Roman Přeučil added.

If reaching for eKonto account loyalty benefits, clients also have free current and saving account maintenance, two bankcards, internet banking. Incoming payments, two ATM withdrawals in a month, deposits and one cash withdrawal are also provided free of charge. The loyalty benefits are conditioned by incoming payments in the amount of at least CZK 25 thousand in a month, or deposits held with the bank in the amount of at least half a million korunas.

The Code of Mobility guarantees simple switching from one bank to another. “All the client needs to do is to visit our branch office and open an account. We will transfer all his past payments on his behalf; switching the bank is thus connected with minimum time and administration needs,“ Roman Přeučil concluded.
