MIS Inventory Management
· Procurement: Planning based procurement of the material for uninterrupted supplies within stipulated time as per the production plan.
· Negotiation: Using Versatile negotiation skill for finalizing Order on the basis of 5R.
· Scheduling: Released Monthly schedule for consumables Material based upon production plan.& Follow up with the supplier to available material at right time.
· Imports & Custom clearance of Spares of Chinese’s Pellet Plant, Brokk Machine Spares , Spectro Equipment spares , larox Spares etc.
· Contracting: Contracting on Short and long terms agreement of order based upon price forecasting & trend analysis.
· Disposal – Disposal of plant surplus material, Obsolete material , Hazardous material , E-waste disposal & Scrap Disposal.
· Logistics: Manage logistics of Spears Machines and other materials by Rail/ Road every month to achieve our production target.
· Source Development: Inducted new supplier for price competitiveness, alternate source & Cost feasibility to make Material function as a profit center.
· E-procurement of Spares and Capital Good conducted by Apna jugaad Online Portal & E-tendering.
· Vendor Assessment: Schedule adherence, Vendor rating, Quality analysis, corrective action Plan .
· MIS: Capex execution, Weekly follow-up reports, monthly Buying .Variance report etc.
PROJECT HANDLED :
Replacement of 2 x 30 MW Turbines with New 2 x 36 MW Turbine.
Role : Procurement of all Mechanical Items like IBR Pipe , IBR Fittings , IBR Valve , Expansion Bellow , Insulation Cladding , Aluminum Sheet , Springs , Rod Hanger etc.
