INFORMATION SHEET, RULES & POLICIES

  • The Ragon-ParkerTrainingCenter is under video surveillance at all times. Users will be videotaped upon entry to the facility and during use of the facility.
  • There will be no grace period for membership payment. If payment is not received, entry to the facility will be revoked.
  • A valid membership pass is required to use the training center facilities. Members must scan their pass at the door to gain entry to the facility.
  • All guests must pay for a day pass to gain entrance. Using another member’s pass to gain access is prohibited.
  • If a paid member brings in a guest after City Hall business hours, and it is determined that circuit training or weight lifting was attempted by the guest, payment will be due and payable during the next business hours.
  • Do not attempt to open the door for anyone trying to gain access to the facility.
  • Loud or offensive language is prohibited.
  • Alcoholic beverages, smoking, and tobacco products are not allowed in the training center.
  • No running or horseplay allowed.
  • If a member witnesses horseplay or damage to a machine by another member or guest, they shall report the incident immediately to the City of Robinson.
  • All dumbbells must be re-racked after use.
  • Do not drop weights or slam weight stacks on machines.
  • Wipe down equipment with spray bottles and towels after use.
  • Free weight area will be reserved for LincolnTrailCollege student-athletes when a coach is present.
  • The City of Robinson reserves the right to close portions of the center for classes or as deemed necessary.
  • When exiting the building, member is responsible for making sure that windows are closed, door is secure, and all lights are turned off.
  • Paid membership does not include the batting cage portion of the training center and is strictly off limits. Use of this area is by prearranged reservation only.
  • A “Panic Button” is located at the main entrance of the facility. Should the member experience an illness or feel a security issue is imminent, this will notify the Crawford County Dispatch and police, fire or ambulance will be sent.
  • The City of Robinson reserves the right to eject any person for violation of the training center rules and policies. Violations can also result in your membership being suspended or terminated.
  • Fees and policies are subject to change as deemed necessary.

Memberships can be purchased at the RobinsonCity Hall located at 300 S. Lincoln. Business hours are 7-4 Monday through Friday, and closed on holidays. Payments may also be mailed to City of Robinson, PO Box 188, Robinson, IL 62454, or dropped off at the two drop boxes outside of the Community Center.
