Authorization Contract
I, Gavriel Z. Bellino, by signing this document agree to sell all of the Chametz of ______, herein called the client, to the non-Jew ______, herein called the purchaser. Authority to sell this chametz is granted by the client or their emissary to me and may be received on my behalf by a third party (i.e. my secretary or a member of my household). This authority is granted either in-person, in writing or verbally, via telephone, mail, fax, e-mail, or similar device. I am further authorized to transfer this authority, by any of the aforementioned methods, to another agent for execution of the sale should I choose to do so. This authorization encompasses the sale of all types of chametz, including pure chametz, mixtures of chametz, and possibilities of chametzwhich are in the client’s possession (even if he/she is not aware of them, or failed to specify them for any reason). I am also authorized to sell or rent as appropriate the closets or rooms that contain the aforementioned chametz. In addition, I am also authorized to sell any chametzfound within or on pots and dishes. These transactions transfer ownership and title as appropriate from my client to the purchaser. I, Gavriel Bellino, am also empowered by virtue of my client’s authorization, to use any legal instruments in accord with Jewish Law to accomplish the legal transfer of ownership, including Jewishand secular law. All of this is taking place prior to the time that chametz may not be used. In addition to this authorization to sell I am also authorized to use this document as a sale document for all the aforementioned details. The sale clause of this document will take place upon the transfer of this document to the purchaser or to an agent of the purchaser. I am also authorized to use another non-Jew as the purchaser upon my discretion. Finally, I have been assured that the purchaser will be allowed ready access to all that he has purchased. The above transactions are done completely with no further claims. The technical details are explained in a more encompassing legal document of sale that will be attached to this document.The aforementioned stand by themselves. In addition, I am empowered to sell, and hereby do sell, if possible under Jewish Law, any types of chametz to which my client has ownership or responsibility, in whole or part, or which may arrive to them from this time until the end of Pesach.In order for the purchaser to have ready access to all that he has purchased, my client can be reached, during normal business hours, at the phone number provided below.
