Quotation Notice for Upgradation of Protools recording System at Kochi & Thiruvananthapuram
1.The specification for the quote shall be as under:
Upgradation of Protools Rec, (LE8) system with
- MAC operating system upgrade)
- 16 GB RAM) 2 Sets 1 for Tuvananthapuram
- Black magic video card for HD output) Studio and 1 for Kochi Studio.
- HDMI Splitter and HDMI Cable)
2.The quotationer shall supply, integrate and successfully commission the system at Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram.
3.2.5% of the quoted rate may be offered as EMD along with quotation by way of DD payable to KSFDC Ltd at Thiruvananthapuram.
4.Minimum 1 year warranty may be provided. Post warranty AMC may be provided.
5.Studio service providers who are offering servicing of professional studio equipments and integration are eligible to quote. Warranty and service back up to be provided for component parts supplied.
6.5% of the quoted amount which was accepted by KSFDC will be kept as security deposit for which BG may be produced to cover the clause of warranty during defect liability period.
7.The last date or receipt of quotation is 3 pm on 2/9/15. The quotations will be opened on the same day at 4 pm in the presence of available tenderers.
8.KSFDC reserves the right to reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason whatsoever.
9.Agreement on stamp paper may be executed on acceptance of quotation and before delivery of items.
10.Delivery and completion of period of installation will be 10 days from the date of issue of letter accepting the quotation.
11.Payment will be against supply and installation of items covered under quotation.
12.If needed prior demonstration of item before acceptance of quotation may be arranged by the quotationer.
13.A copy of this quotation notice may be enclosed with quotation duly signed and affixed with seal for the acceptance of the terms & conditions by the quotationer.
14.Quotation may be submitted on plain paper with all inclusive rates, specifications, warranty period, etc. Product catalogue may be attached.
15.List of clients may be enclosed.
16.Quotation shall be valid for 90 days.
17.Cover contaiing quotation superscribed “Quotation for Upgradation of Pro toolRec. System” may be sent to Studio Manager i/c., Chitranjali Studio, Thiruvallam, Thiruvananthapuram-27.
