ROUND 2 – MAP READING

In this section you will be tested on your map reading skills, so use these co- ordinates and tell us where you would be:

ROUND 3 – KNOW YOUR HORSE

  1. Your pony needs 7 essential nutrients – what are they?
  2. How much of your pony’s body weight is water?
  3. What are the principles of feeding?
  4. What are additives and when might you use them?
  5. What are supplements and when might you use them?

ROUND 4 – RIDER, TACK AND TURNOUT FOR DIFFERENT DISCIPLINES

For this, your age group needs to know the discipline of ‘DRESSAGE’
