HVAC / Roofing Projects

Biella:

  • Contractor has installed nailers/insulation/ OSB / paper at sloped roof areas of

Building “D”. Gutter installation is underway.

  • Contractor has installed cap sheet at building “D” mechanical well.
  • Building “B” tear-off of shingles and flat is complete, installation and dens-deck has been installed in mechanical well and base sheet is schedule to follow next week.
  • Tear off of roof area “C” shingles is underway.


Insulation, OSB sheathing and paper complete and gutter installation underway on Building D roof. /

Hidden Valley:

  • Building “A” mechanical well and hog valleys tear off is complete and dried in.
  • Shingles have been installed on Portable Buildings “B”, “F” (portables), J1, K1, L1 and partial installation on Building “A”.
  • Contractor is installing cap sheet in well B7. Mechanical well A7 has been dried in.
  • Contractor is in process of tearing off breezeway roofs

Slater:

  • Henris Roofing has dried in 100% of the “F2” roof area and is installing cap sheet
  • ALCAL Roofing continues to install the high roof membrane. Detail work remains and they

are scheduled to be complete by 7/7/16.

  • Henris has completed tear off and dry in of 25% of the north roof.


Area F2 cap sheet installation in the field is underway / Gym high roof field is complete. Alcal has installed DensDeck on parpapet walls and smoke hatch curbs

Piner:

  • Tear-off of upper and lower roof areas of Building “F” complete.
  • Tear-off of Building “D” complete.
  • Installation of insulation, Dens-Deck, and base flashing at Building “D” is underway.
  • Installation of Insulation and Den-Deck at Building “F” high roof is underway.
  • Installation of insulation and Dens-Deck of building “F” lower roofs is scheduled for next week.
  • Installation of membrane over base flashing of Building “D” is scheduled for next week.

Charter of the Arts:(Move to be completed 6/30/17)

Phase II:

  • Roof Paint in progress this week anticipated to be complete by mid next week.
  • Interior punch items corrected this week.
  • Project slated to be complete next week.

Phase III

  • Contractor was on hold for most of this week due to roof painting occurring for Phase II.
  • Traffic rated utility boxes installed within paving areas.
  • Contractor to re-mobilize next week.

New Utility Boxes Painting of Roofs

Bark placed on side of campus Site graded and sprinklers installed.

Monroe Modular HVAC Replacement & Roof Replacement:

  • Held Pre-Construction meetings with both the Roofing & HVAC contractors on 6/22/17.
  • HVAC contractor mobilized on 6/23/17. Started demo.
  • Coordination meeting between two contractors to be scheduled.
  • Roofing contractor will not start work until July 17th as it will only take 3-5 days to complete

their scope of work.

Stadium Projects at High Schools:

Piner Lights:

  • Plans into Division of State Architect for approval.
  • Preparing bid documents.

Maria Carrillo Field:

  • Interviews were held with multiple turf vendors with turf selection committee.
  • Turf Committee unanimously selected Act Global with Kaya Group.
  • Director reviewed all product data & background and found acceptable.
  • Final Design Review Meeting took place with Site Administration 6/21/17 all design

elements were captured per sites request.

Facilities is currently determining best delivery method.

Cook / Via Esperanza Portables for Head Start

  • Punch-list finalized 6/30/17.
  • Paving pending the install of shade structure, possible acceleration on the paving if performed in phases.
  • Electrical and alarms being worked on at this time.
  • Irrigation & sod to start after completion of shade shelter and paving.
  • Play Structure install to start after DSA approval.
  • Completion appears to be mid July.
