3pm on Friday afternoon 7am on both Saturday & Sunday mornings & will be closed at 10pm each evening.7AM

REGISTRATIONis near the Race Secretary’s office & commences at 7am.7AM

THERE WILL BE TWO LINES FOR REGISTRATION( LICENSED & UNLICENSED )

DO NOT BRING YOUR BIKE TO REGISTRATION!

  • RHS: One day licenses ( if not a holder of a MA license )
  • LHS: MA license holders
  • After you have collected your race bag proceed to the timing transmitter tent
  • Your race bag will contain your scrutineering carddinner tickets if applicable.
  • Timing transmitter collection ($50 refundable deposit required).
    Note – riders must have their own bracket for the transmitter, available from the Timekeeper for $10. Transmitters must be fitted before scrutineering.
  • Collect machine & proceed to scrutineering

REGULARITY:Regularity entrants areto remain after riders briefing fora separate briefing so that practice can get underway ASAP. As you are the first practice session of the day please be ready to compete immediately after riders briefing.

RACING NUMBERSwill be as you requested on your entry unless advised otherwise. No double ups of numbers in the one race will be allowed.

PITS are on natural ground. It is advisable to bring a tarp or carpet for the floor & your own marques etc. There are no covered pits.NO PARKING OF VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED ALONG THE PIT LANE ACCESS ROAD. SPECTATORS ( NOT CAMPERS ) ARE REQUESTED TO PARK IN THE DESIGNATED AREA ON THE EASTERN SIDE OF THE TRACK.

THE FRONT ROW OF THE PITAREA SOUTH OF THE TOILET BLOCK IS RESERVED FOR SIDECAR COMPETITORS ONLY

CAMPING
Is behind the Pits on Friday & Saturday nights. For Friday night camping, gates are open from3pm on Friday afternoon.No generators are to be used between the hours of 10pm & 7am & no amplified music from 6pm till 7am.

TROPHY PRESENTATIONS: trophy presentation will take place on Sunday afternoon immediately after the last event. The last round of racing on Sunday afternoon will not be included in these calculations so that presentations can get underway ASAP . More information will be made available at race briefings.

# Rubbish bins are not to be used for lighting fires!!!!!!!.

# At the track operators request Noise must be kept to an absolute minimum!!!!!!after 9pm. No power or shower facilities are available at the track.

BE WARNED - Temperatures can be as low as 2 deg C overnight. –Please bring warm bedding, clothing and waterproof camping gear. Thermals are advisable.
