TERMS & CONDITIONS

How does the program work?

  • Community Fundraiser sheets cost $2.00 per sheet. The amount due to Qdoba must be paid in full when you receive the sheets.
  • A minimum of 20 sheets must be purchased per organization. You may place multiple re-orders.
  • Qdoba coupons are valid in: Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, Firestone, Longmont, North Platte, Nebraska, Cheyenne, and Laramie. COUPONS EXPIREAUGUST 31, 2016.

Request Process

  • The Community FundraiserRequest for Participationform must be filled out completely.
  • All participants must show proof of their organization’s nonprofit status. We require both the letter from the Federal Government and the certificate from the State of Colorado / Wyoming / Nebraska stating that your organization is a nonprofit.
  • All previously submitted nonprofit status documents have been disposed of securely..
  • You will be notified via e-mail regarding the status of your request therefore, your e-mail address must be legible and all forms completed or you will not contacted.
  • Completed fundraiser sheets may be faxed to (970)226-4042 or submitted on line at Completed forms will NOT be accepted at Qdoba.
  • Pleaseallow up to 7 days to processyour request.

Payment and Distribution

  • Fundraiser sheetswill be distributed twice a week at the Qdoba Mexican Grill restaurant at 250 E.Harmony Road, Fort Collins.
  • Pickup instructions and the total amount due will be e-mailed to you from a Marketing Representative at .
  • Upon receipt of the sheets you must provide a check or money order payable to: Qdoba Mexican Grill. We do not accept cash payments.
  • If you are unable to pick up your fundraiser sheets you may requestthat the sheets be mailed to you. Thetotal amount due; including shipping will be e-mailed to you from a Marketing Representative at . We must receive payment prior to shipment.
  • Mail checks, made payable to Qdoba Mexican Grill to: Qdoba Mexican Grill, Attn. CF Program, 1220 W. Ash Street - Suite B, Windsor, CO 80550.

  • DO NOT SELL THE SHEETS FOR ANY AMOUNT ABOVE OR BELOW $10.00.
  • Duplicating or altering the fundraiser sheets IN ANY WAY is PROHIBITED.
  • DO NOT SELL EXPIRED COUPON SHEETS. Qdoba restaurants WILL NOT accept expired coupons.
  • All sheets that your organization purchases are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • DO NOT SELL Fundraiser sheets outside stores that are located within 5 miles of a Qdoba or TCBY restaurant.
  • DO NOT SELL THE COUPONS SHEETS ON EBAY, CRAIGS LIST OR ANY WEBSITE THAT IS NOT YOUR ORGANIZATION’S WEBSITE.
  • It is the responsibility of the Organization or School Representative to communicate

the Terms & Conditions above.
