Co-op Terms Agreement – Very Important! Must Read and Agree!
Understanding the Co-op. You can order a minimum of 100 pieces. (1 Co-op) The cost is $100 per 100 pieces mailed. The maximum order is 300 (3 Co-ops) for $300. We guarantee you 1 sign-up for each 100 pieces mailed. If you do not receive your sign-ups in 90 days, we re-mail your order again. Orders are filled from the first mailing about 70% to 80% of the time. This means about 20% to 30% of the orders will not be filled and we will have to do a second mailing. The numbers work the same with the second mailing. This means we may even have to mail a third and/or forth time to fill orders completely. It is very important to understand, if your order is not filled from the first mailing, it could take several months before an order is completely filled, depending on the size of the order. If you are not prepared to wait for your order to be filled, the Co-op is not for you, please do not order. It takes patience, persistence and the willingness to give it time to work. We do not do magic! All we do is mail them out. After that, it is the luck of the draw.
All sales are final! There are NO REFUNDS! Understand that the only guarantee is that you will receive 1 sign up for each 100 pieces mailed. If not, we guarantee we will continue to mail for you every 90 days until your order is completely filled. This is our only guarantee and, once again, there are no refunds. We do not make money with Co-op orders. This is a service that we provide for our Members at the break even price of $100 per each 100 pieces mailed. All orders are processed (mailed) in 7 to 10 days. Most orders (about 70% to 80%) are filled in 4 to 8 weeks. If we have to re-mail, it takes considerably longer. There is no guaranteed time limit. Again, we do not do magic. All we do is mail them out.
You are allowed 3 “Working Orders”. This means you can send in a total of 3 orders. Each order can be for the minimum (100), 200, or the maximum (300). When the 1st order is filled, you may order another one. If an order is not filled in 90 days, it is still considered a “Working Order” since we re-mail it.
