ARC (Architectural Review Committee):

Dead/Dying Trees: Our roadway trees are one of the most visible features of our wonderful neighborhood, and it is the responsibility of each homeowner to remove and replace a dead or dying roadway tree. If you have a dead or dying roadway tree, or a dead side or backyard tree, please review the ARC Guidelines and ARC Application process on our website: boulderidgegreens.com for guidance on the removal and replacement process. The ARC Committee will be sending out letters to those homeowners who still have trees that need to be removed and replaced.

Mailbox Care: Each homeowner is also responsible for the maintenance and care of their mailbox. Many of the mailboxes in our neighborhood are in need of simple maintenance such as paint. There are some mailboxes that require repair, and some that just need to be replaced. Please take time this summer to maintain your mailbox. The ARC Committee will be conducting another survey at the end of the summer, and will send out letters to those homeowners who still have not addressed their mailbox maintenance needs.

House Painting: The ARC Committee surveyed the homes for its status of paint and stain and will be sending out letters to those homeowners who are in need of up keeping their home’s cedar and trim.

New Waster Bins: As a reminder, delivered waste bins by the Village’s new waste hauler, are not to be stored on the exterior of your property.

Other BRGPOA Board Updates:

Dog Leash and Waste: It is a Lake iIn tThe Hills villagecity ordinance requiring the leashing of your dog and the removal and proper disposal of pet waste. Our neighborhood has no exception to this ordinance. If you walk your dog in our neighborhood, pPlease leash and bring the necessary pest waste removal bags every time you walk your dog in our neighborhood. The Board has been receiving numerous complaints about dogs loose in the neighborhood and dog waste in resident’s yards and along common BRGPOA property (streets, grass, pond, cul-de-sacs etc). Please don’t be “THAT PERSON” who doesn’t walk with a bag to pick up your dog’s waste.

Quarterly Dues: We thank you for your continued timely payment of the association dues!. They are currently billed quarterly and payment must be received by us by end of the month or they become late (January/April/July/October). A schedule of fines and procedural actions is available to you on our website as disclosure to our next steps when dues remain unpaid.

Neighborhood

SafetyRadar Sign Ridgewood Circle: To address continued concerns of speeding in the neighborhood, we have engaged the LITH PD to conduct a new traffic study in the neighborhood. Speed detection trailers and roadway sensors have been deployed to collect data to better understand the problem. The results will be reviewed and a plan developed in the upcoming months. Please remember to be safe when driving! Smartphone apps and texts can wait, use a hands-free device to conduct voice calls, and stay alert! The mailbox that was struck on Ridgewood recently, could have easily been one of our neighbors or children. Please remind the younger drivers and guests in your home that we have a culture of safety in the neighborhood and it’s each driver’s personal responsibility to uphold it. Safety is a choice, don’t make it an accident!
