Example: Recruit and train 4 cycle ride leaders to provide regular community cycle rides and to encourage and support the community to cycle rather than drive to encourage behaviour change and modal shift. / - Recruit 4 motivated volunteers to lead 20 community cycle rides.
- Hold a number of support events on bike maintenance. / - Record the number of trained CRLs.
- Record number of led rides.

- Feedback from participants before and after led rides considering health benefits, social benefits and change in attitude towards cycling. / - establish Facebook page for project.
- advertise cycle training opportunity locally via newspaper, newsletters, shop windows, noticeboards & Facebook.
- advertise support events highlighting health and skills benefits, via GP surgery noticeboard, bikeeventscotland.com and as above.
- Create videos from event post on website and Facebook.
- Link to other community groups with similar aims.
- Create posters highlighting benefits of cycling to promote modal shift. Place at car parks and throughout the community with co-ordination from Local Authority.
