Hand crafted by artisan chocolatiers in Britain, the Roots & Wings Chocolate Collection is a trio of the finest organic Autumn Leaves made using the very best organic cocoa. The chocolate snaps cleanly and crisply before melting into a smooth and velvety chocolate heaven.

The purest cocoa is used to make the chocolate leaves. The cocoa come from expertly grown cocoa pods, which are carefully picked from organically certified plantations, in the warmest climes, bathed in sunshineincluding the Dominican Republic. The beans are then slowly and skillfully roasted to hone the delicate flavours.
Using a recipe that’s been created, honed and polished over time, our artisan craftsmen, then patiently and faithfully work the coverture to draw out a deep and pure flavor. Using a fine and very delicate autumn leaf, designed by Master Chocolatier Bill McCarrick, the molten chocolate is ready to be set.
