As Advertised in the “Post Newspaper” on Friday 22 July 2016, I lodge an offer for the Purchase and Removal of Abandoned Dinghies as follows: -
Please note the attached conditions and unless noted, signed and dated then the offer document will be declared void and invalid.

NB: This document must be signed to be a valid offer.
The above dinghies may be viewed on the Shire’s website, or inspected in person at the Shire of Peppermint Grove’s Impound Yard which is located in between numbers 10 & 12 Johnston Street, Peppermint Grove from 10am to 11am on both Monday 25 July 2016 and Thursday 28 July 2016.
The Offer Form must be lodged in the sealed offer box in the Shire’s Administration Office situated at 1 Leake St, Peppermint Grove, before 12 noon on Friday 29 July 2016, in an envelope endorsed ‘Offer - Purchase and Removal of Abandoned Dinghies’.
Payment
Successful bidders are required to make full payment of the offered sum to the cashier within seven (7) days from the date of the letter, advising acceptance of offer. On receipt of payment the cashier will issue a receipt and arrangements will be made to release the dinghy to you. Goods are to be collected within 48 hours or they will be forfeited.
Re-offer of Goods
Failure of successful offers to meet the above ‘Offer Conditions’ will automatically negate the acceptance of the offer. The said goods will be then offered to the next highest offer.
No Offers Received
If no offers are received for any part of the schedule, the goods will be sent to scrap.

b) Late or facsimiled / emailed offers not accepted.
c) Offers may be submitted for the whole or part of this schedule. The Shire of Peppermint Grove reserves the right to accept any part of the Offer.
