PUPILLAGE APPLICATION FORM 2018

This form is to be used for all applications for pupillage commencing in October 2018. Please fill in the application form with as much detail as possible. There are word limits on the three questions at the end of the form.

The deadline to apply is 16 March 2018 at 6pm and forms will not be accepted after this time. Please e-mail the completed application form and equality and diversity form in one e-mail to . Each document should be saved with the file name: “ ‘Your Name’ Pupillage Application” and “E&D”. The title of your e-mail should be: “1MCB Pupillage Application from ‘Your Name’”. ‘You Name’ should be written using your first name and then your surname. So for example, ‘JulieClarke Pupillage Application’.

First round interviews are expected to take place on the 9 June 2018 and second round interviews on 23 June 2018.
