European Week of Languages:As part of the whole school celebration of languages, there will be European tunes playing in the canteen at break and lunchtime all this week. The canteen staff are cooking up some international dishes this week too, so come along to the hot food serving bar and try some flavours from around the world.

​ATTENTION ALL YEAR GROUPS ....***COMPETITION***:This is your chance to lead your house to victory and earn the afternoon out of class on the last week of term!!!! The house that raises the most sponsor money for the sponsored walk which is taking place on Friday 2nd of October will be shown a film on the last week of school before the October holidays. This is your chance towin for your house.Who will it be?? GORDON? INNES?MORAY? RANDOLPH?SEAFIELD?it’s up to you!!!

FREE weekly fitness sessions will start on Monday 28th Sept 4-5pm at Elgin High School. Each week there will be different types of exercise sessions including circuits, kettle bells, cardio combat, Metafit and whatever you would like – suggestions welcome. This is funded by Elgin Youth Café and Active Schools helping YOU to be more active. If you want to attend please collect a parental consent form from the PE department. European Week of Languages: As part of the European Week of Languages, all S1-S3 pupils are invited to take part in a Treasure Hunt around the school. There are 16 questions on posters around the school and your Reg teacher will give you an answer sheet. Each question has a number beside it. On your answer sheet you will see a space beside each country to write in a number, just match the questions to the answers! Have fun, amusez-vous bien! Viel Spass! To be in with a chance of winning, please return your completed answer sheets to your French or German teacher by the end of this week (Friday 25th September).

Get ready for the Speak to Me challenge on Friday 25th September! Talk to as many members of staff as you can in French, German or Spanish. Each staff member you speak to will sign your planner, and there are prizes for the people with the most signatures in their planner on Monday morning.

Novelties Book Groupwill meet today at lunchtime - open from 12.50pm - you don't have to wait until 1.10pm anymore!

S1/S2 Cookery Club: All pupils interested in cookery club should sign up in the HE department. The club will run on Thursday 3.20pm to 4.20pm and will cost £1.00. Please bring a container!

Police Scotland will be holding Candidate Briefing Sessions to provide information on the recruitment process to those wishing to join Police Scotland as a Police Constable or Special Constable. Candidates who are aged 17 ½yrs and meet the basic eligible criteria can submit an application. Spaces are limited so booking is essential.
