Could all representatives of the S2,3 and 4 pupil councils please attend a meeting in B20 directly after registration. A full attendance is essential. Agenda – 33pd week consultation (KJG)

Nibbles and Bytes Next week, we have a brand new and exciting digital café, which will be open during lunchtimes, Monday to Wednesday. A the Nibbles and Bytes Café, you can create cool games, make animations and join in with the Magnificent Minecraft Workshop. Our own digital ninjas will be on hand to help in the café. Don’t miss the chance to drop in and log in at Nibbles and Bytes. From 1.00pm, Monday to Wednesday.

Hockey Club: On Sunday 12th June, Elgin Academy will be entering team(s) into the Junior Hockey Festival Tournament which will be held here at the Academy from 12.30-4pm. If you are an S1-S3 (former S3’s included) and are interested and available to play, please sign your name up on the notice outside B29. Deadline for sign up is Wed 18th May as teams will be finalised on this date. Thanks (SS)

Scottish Schools Team Relay Swimming Championships 2016 The forthcoming Scottish Schools Team Relays Championships due to take place on Wednesday, 15th June at the Royal Commonwealth Pool, Edinburgh. If you are interested, please sign up in the PE department. All entries must be returned by Wednesday 18th of May. (AG)

Elgin Academy Cycle Challenge. S3-6 This year the route will be a 120mile round trip to Aviemore/Cairngorm Mountain and back to Elgin. The event will be done over 2 days with an overnight in Aviemore after the first leg. Any pupils interested in attempting the cycle challenge should register their interest at the PE department.
