The purpose of this workshop is to provide an opportunity for parties to ask questions and to gain a clearer understanding of the findings, conclusions, and recommendations in the three consultant reports produced in this proceeding under the supervision of the Safety and Enforcement Division on May 17, 2013, and May 31, 2013. The Workshop will start with a discussion of the two safety reports. A one hour lunch break will be provided. The Overland/financial report will be taken up after the two safety reports. It is anticipated that discussion of the Overland report will start early to midafternoon.

The workshop could help inform the setting of milestones for a determination of the size of the desalination facilities proposed in A.12-04-019.
