TDS TELECOM ILEC OPERATIONS - Announces Network Reconfiguration and Rehoming at its Bridge Water Telephone Company, located in Monticello, MN.

This is formal notification of switch re-homing affecting end users of the Enfield and Monticello exchanges of its Bridge Water Telephone Company of Monticello, MN.

· On November 13, 2007, at 12:01 AM CDT, TDS TELECOM will move all lines served via its Bridge Water DMS 100 host to a new Nortel CS2K platform. Bridge Water Telephone Company, in its new configuration, will continue to host one remote switch, Enfield ENFDMNXERS0. Bridgewater’s existing SS7 Point Code will be replaced, Monticello and Enfield NXX codes will be associated with the CS2K’s SS7 Point Code.

· At the time of the November cutover, Bridge Water’s MNTIMNXM12T tandem CLLI, which has been associated with the company, will cease to exist. IXCs may retain their Direct Trunks, by re-ordering new trunk groups to Bridge Water’s new EO CLLI, MNTIMNXM29H, or issue orders to the Qwest access tandem CLLI, which is MPLSMNDT12T.
