  • Fun Run Recap: Made $13226.50. Special thanks to Mrs. Gallacher for being the human ice cream sundae.
  • Prizes owed Fun Run Kids- about 100 kids earned a recess and popcorn ($50 or more). Since the winners are from all classes, the PTO asked for a recommended time. I suggested the 20 minutes before lunch when no one is in special. About 24 kids (that earned $150 or more) will get the pizza party and lunch on stage. Mrs. Gallacher’s class earned a pizza party for their class (hit 212% of their target). All dates to be determined later.
  • PTO Board Observer- Chris Profeta will remain in that position for Ferry PTO. Recent Board topics: Ferry Forest; 21st Century Classrooms (furniture); Merit Scholar Winners
  • Boy Scout Project/Ken Peterson- Gloria is meeting with an Eagle Scout that would like to create a walkway through the Ferry Forest. Gloria will be recommending that it be wheelchair accessible.
