Evaluation:Grades will be based on the results of a mid-term and final examination. Exams will be of the essay, listing, and short answer variety and will cover material from readings, case examples, classroom video presentations, lectures,and class discussion. Contributions to class discussion will be taken into account in considering borderline grades.
