Responsibilities:Taught the following doctoral, graduate rehabilitation and postsecondary education courses on campus and/or through distance education: (Re)Thinking Leadership, Program Development, Educational Leadership, Grantsmanship, Organization Development, Governance and Policy Development, Rehabilitation Leadership, Rehabilitation Foundations, Placement, Assessment, Career Development, and Counseling.

Teaching content in continuing education includes: leadership, organization development, strategic planning, mentoring, program development, human resource development, vocational assessment, communication skills, ethics and professional expectations, case management processes, and public policy.

External Support:Serve as Project Director for extramural support from international, federal, state, local, and private funding sources. The total amount from 1972 through the 2010 Fiscal Year has been over 60.00 million dollars. As an example, the content include areas such as: a) graduate education, b) distance learning and mediated technologies, c) executive leadership in human services and rehabilitation, d) University curriculum development in Afghanistan, e) lifelong learning experiences and research for human service and rehabilitation personnel, f) cultural diversity and Pacific communities, g) clinical vocational services for individuals, and h) research in workers' compensation, and disability management. Extramural support involves working with administrators and public and private agency personnel in all states, territories, and with foreign governments and organizations.
