SECTION 50 Certificates

Provisional Premises Licence Application

If you are intending to apply for a provisional liquor licence you must first obtain a Section 50 Certificate from Planning.

Thereafter, to have the licence confirmed you will also require a Section 50 Certificate from both Environmental Health and Building Standards. For the Environmental Health certificate, please complete the application form overleaf and return it with the documentation below:-

1  One plan to show the area to be included in the licence and to provide details of the kitchen and bars such as wash hand basins, sinks and ventilation. Details of toilet facilities should also be included showing location of nappy changing facilities.

2  Fee of £133.00

(N.B. Cheques should be made payable to Stirling Council).

3 The draft operating plan.

Premises Licence Application

If you are intending to apply for a full Premises Licence you must first obtain Section 50 certificates from Planning, Environmental Health and Building Standards.

Please complete the application form for the Environmental Health certificate and return it with the documentation below:-

Please note that the Licensing Board cannot accept an application unless Section 50 Certificates from Planning, Environmental Health and Building Standards are lodged along with it.
