Duties and responsibilities:

  • Prepare inspection test plan (piping and tank erection).
  • Conduct and participate in QA/ QC internal and external audits.
  • Monitor project activities mainly on tank erection and pipeline works from layout, cutting, fit-out to full welding including testing and commissioning.
  • Conduct welder’s qualification test and implements the approved welding procedure specifications.
  • Monitors daily welding activities, deployment of qualified welders at welding stations and record welders identification and t for traceability.
  • Coordinate with the production supervisors and manager for the work schedules and manpower allocation.
