3. Performance and test methed
3―1. Withstand voltage
Between mutual terminals: Any abnormal state shall be excluded when the voltage of 800 VAC is applied for I minute.
Between general terminal and case: Any abnormal state shall be excluded when he voltage of 1,500VAC is applied for I minute.
In test voltage, the changing current can’t not be more than 1A.
3―2. Insulation Resistance
Between mutual terminal: Insulation resistance shall be more than 2,000㏁
Between general terminal and case: Insulation resistance shall be more than 3,000㏁
It is measuring after charging of 500VDC for 1 minute.
3―3. Capacitance
The measuring voltage shall be 20% of rated voltage or below 20V
3―4. Cold resistance
Rated voltage is applied at the temperature -40℃±2℃and humidity 90 ∼95% RH, leaving at
500 +24/-0 and about 16 hours of leaving at standard condition, and the value of measurement shall
be as follows.
Variation rate of capacitance : shall be within ±10%
Variation rate of resistance : shall be within ±10%
3―5. Heatresistance
At 85℃±2℃, 125% of rated voltage is applied leaving 1,000+48/-0 and about 16 hours of leaving
at standard condition, and the value of measurement shall be as follows.
Variation rate of capacitance : shall be within ±10%
Variation rate of resistance : shall be within ±10%
