PROPERTY TAGS AND CERTIFIED INVOICE (Clause C-19.1) (November 2008)

The provisions of the document entitled "Special Requirements for Tools and Equipment", document 7116-05-08, is a requirement of this purchase order/contract, and is incorporated as an attachment hereto.

Copies of invoices paid by Seller to Equipment Manufacturers shall be submitted in duplicate. An officer of the Seller's company must certify on the invoice that the items included on the invoice have been received and meet industrial standards for like items. Title to the items shall pass to the Government upon payment to the Seller for the items on the invoice.

Bar coded property tags will be furnished by the Buyer to the Seller. The Seller shall affix the property tags to the equipment on a conspicuous, non- functional surface.
