Propeller: Reconditioned by Jordan Propeller , San Antonio, TX.
Installed new Propeller mounting bolts. AN6H-40A. Drilled head.
Torque 280-320 inch pound. Safety wired with 41 mil SS safety wire.
Engine: TT 2997.16 hours. SMOH 338.46 Front Cockpit Tach 1096.16
Compression: #1 79/80 #2 75/80 #3 75/80 #4 78/80
Removed Rocker covers and inspected rockers and springs. OK
Removed Bendix Mags and Replaced with new Slick Mags and harness purchased from Superior Air Parts. Mag Kit number: K4575 Mag model: 4373 Left SN:99091132

Replaced oil pump gears with ECI steel gears(pn: AEL 181095) and pump housing( AEL 78528 lot 1018). Complies with SB524 Sept 1, 1995 and AD 96-02-10
Replaced starter with reconditioned starter from AeroTech Louisville, Ky. PN Del 110911 SN: 588.
Replace all fuel and oil line hoses that have pressure applied with Aeroquip 303 hose. Oil drain back hose Aeroquip 6000.
Replaced Bendix fuel injector control with Factory rebuilt unit. Purchased thru Hatfield Aviation in Houston. Model RSA-5AD1, PN: 2524242-10 SN: 98647.
Replaced Lord Engine mount bushings PN: J7402-16. Torque: 450-500 inch pound.
Replaced with Lycoming new mechanical fuel Pump PN:LW15473 purchased thru Jays Aircraft in Dallas, Tx.
Installed custom built tuned exhaust built by Exhaust Technologies.
Replaced Spark plugs REM40E
Replaced cylinder oil drain back hoses .
Replaced intake tube Neoprene hoses(gaskets).
Removed Crankshaft end plug and inspected for corrosion. None found. Replaced with new plug. Plug PN: LW-11997 complies with AD 98-02-08.
Inspected Thermostatic Oil bypass valve per SB 518C May 2, 1995. Nut is tight and has been crimped to lock it. OK
Replaced Generator Belt Superior PN: 37A19773-376
Replace crankshaft seal
Change oil and filter. Fill with 8 qts Aeroshell 100 (SAE 50) , filter CH-48110.
Installed new air filter Fram CA-2675 complies with AD 84-26-02
Replaced Duct to/from air filter.
I certify that this engine has been inspected IAW a Condition Inspection IAW FAR Part 43, Appendix D and found to be in airworthy condition.
Airframe: TT 1096.16 hours. Front Cockpit Tach 1096.16
Disassembled aircraft and removed fabric cover.
Replaced Fuselage tank Flop Tube. Spruce and Specialty pn: 844234 , 18 inches long with ¼’ npt male end.
Replaced two tail brace flying wires.
Replaced both right wing flying wires from lower wing to upper wing. Burton wires
Replace all flying wire fittings (AN665 type) with Burton SS fittings.
Installed Univar Tail wheel spring PN: U3-1543-S.
Welded new tail wheel spring attach point on fuselage lower longerons using
Installed Maule Tundra Tail Wheel PN: SFS-P8B-3-4
Replaced wheel grease seals and retaining washers and snap rings.
Replaced Shock Cords 3 on each side. Spruce & Splty PN: 1286HD
Replace Master cylinders Orings.
Replace all flexible brake lines with Aeroflex 303 hose.
Moved Brake calipers from bottom of gear legs to a forward position.
Replaced Fuel selector valve wth Spruce & Splty PN:6749.
Replaced Propeller spinner with new spinner from Spruce and Specialty BN3.
Replaced gasolator screen and gasket(2 1/8”).
Replaced drain valve Orings. Buna N material. Size AS568-006
Replaced ELT Battery installed April 2002 ,Expires May 2004.
Replaced Battery with Batteries Plus BBBP33-12 rating 12v 33AHR.
Replaced all bolts and pins in airframe.
Check Generator bushes. OK.
Electrical/Instruments
Added circuit breaker for COM Radio 5 ampere.
Added circuit breaker for Transponder 5 ampere.
Removed Ampmeter and 3 in 1 gauge( oil press, fuel press. Oil temp) and replaced with WESTACH 4 in 1 ( EGT, CHT, Ampmeter, Voltmeter) PN 3AQ1-14 with Senders CHT pn: 712-5W EGT pn: 712-2DWK.
Installed WESTACHdual Oil pressure/ Oil Temp gauge with senders pn: 2DA3AS.
Installed fuel pressure gauge and sending unit, Mitchell aircraft products S&S PN: PS-211-9000. Mitchell gauge pn: 10-25060 Sender pn: 10-25065
Seat belts refurbished by Aero Fabricators Lyons, Wi thru distributor: Wag Aero.
Wings: repaired tailing edge damage on ribs. Replace all trailing edge Aluminum.
Replaced Pitot and static port vinyl tubing. Replaced all wing attach plate bolts that go through the spar(s) except top wing rear attach fitting plates. Repaired left lower wing walk and second rib outboard of root. Lubricated both bell crank bushing with moly grease.
Replaced piano hinge on trim tab and servo tab.
Repaired damage to left side of firewall. Damage caused by fuselage rolling on its sided during rebuild process.
Welded split in fuselage mounted gas tank.
Replaced Fuel caps for both tanks. S&S PN: 05-18402.
Fabric covering C102 , 2.7 oz material with Airtech Coatings urethane process
Colors: Red #318 ,Blue #409, White # 456.
Primer Filler: 1030
Bendix ignition switch. Verified it is functioning properly. AD76-07-12
