PROMOTION SUMMARY –55 Plus Breakfast Club Kiosk and Virtual Drawing
55 Plus Breakfast Club is a promotion that contains two components: (1) a kiosk component providing Participants an opportunity to be awarded prizes if the Participant properly activates their participation opportunity at a promotional kiosk, and (2)a virtual drawing component providing Participants an opportunity to win a prize if the Participant properly activates their drawing entries at a promotional kiosk.
A.PROMOTION DAYS; PROMOTIONAL PERIOD.
- Planned Date(s) of Promotion: Greektown Casino, L.L.C. (“Greektown”) will host this promotion on the following days:
a.Kiosk Promotion: The following Thursdays throughout September, 2015: September 3, September 10, September 17 and September 24.
b.Virtual Drawing: The following Thursdays throughout September, 2015: September 3, September 10, September 17 and September 24.
- Promotional Period: The Promotional Period is from approximately 6:00 am through approximately 9:00 am on each Thursday in September2015.
B.METHODS OF ENTERING.
- Kiosk Promotion:
a.Activation Period:
i.To participate in the kiosk portion of the promotion, Participants must activate their participation opportunity between 6:00 am and 9:00 am every Thursday during the Promotional Period (each such applicable period, the “Kiosk Activation Period”).
ii.Participants may activate their participation opportunity for the kiosk promotion by swiping their GT Rewards card at a promotional kiosk, selectingthe promotional icon for this promotion, and following the instructions on the screen.
iii.If a Participant does not activate their participation opportunity for the kiosk promotion within the applicable Kiosk Activation Period, the Participant will be deemed to have forfeited their participation opportunity for that Thursday and not eligible to win a prize for this portion of the promotion for that particular Thursday.
b.Entries: Each Participantwho is at least 55 years of age will receive one (1) participation opportunity per Thursdayduring the Promotional Period.
- Virtual Drawing Promotion:
a.Activation Period:
i.To participate in one of the five (5) scheduled virtual drawings on a particular Thursday, the Participant must activate their virtual drawing entry(ies)during the Virtual Activation Period. As used herein, “Virtual Activation Period” shall mean the rolling two (2) hour period prior to the scheduled virtual drawing time. For example, if a Participant activates their drawing entry(ies) at 10:30 am, this will activate the Participant’s virtual drawing entry(ies) for only the 11:00 am and 12:00 pm virtual drawings. To the extent the Participant did not win a prize for the virtual drawings in which the virtual entry(ies) were activated, the Participant may re-activate their virtual drawing entry(ies) for subsequent virtual drawings on that particular Thursday (for example, re-activate at 12:30 pm, which will activate the Participant’s virtual drawing entry(ies) for the 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm virtual drawings).
ii.Participants must activate their virtual drawing entry(ies)in one of the following manners:
- Swiping their GT Rewards card at a promotional kiosk, selecting the promotional icon for this virtual drawing, and following the instructions on the screen.
- Playing a reel slot, video slot, video poker, Participation Game, or electronic table game and concluding play of such game within the Virtual Activation Period. As used herein, “concluding play” means a Participant removing their GT Rewards card from the game during the Virtual Activation Period.
- Playing any table game and concluding play of such game within the Virtual Activation Period. As used herein, “concluding play” means a Participant requesting a Greektown team member to close their rating and the Greektown team member actually closing the Participant’s rating during the Virtual Activation Period.
iii.If a Participant does not activate their virtual drawing entry(ies)for the virtual drawing promotion within the last applicable 2-hour Virtual Activation Period (i.e., prior to approximately 2 pm), the Participant will be deemed to have forfeited their virtual drawing entry(ies) for that Thursday and not eligible to win a prize for this portion of the promotion for that particular Thursday.
b.Entries:
i.Participants who are at least 55 years of agewill receive one (1) free virtual drawing entry into the virtual drawing portion of the promotion per Thursday during the Promotional Period
ii.Participants at least 55 years of age may receive 25 – 500 additional virtual drawing entries after participating in the promotion.
iii.The public may also receive an advertisement (through email, text, phone, newspaper, social media, direct mail, by hand outs in the casino, at a kiosk, etc.) to come to Greektown for additional virtual drawing entries into the virtual drawing portion of the promotion. In order to receive additional virtual entries, you must be a Participant who is at least 55 years of age.
C.METHOD OF WINNING.
- Kiosk Promotion: Following participation in the kiosk portion of the promotion, Participants will be awarded one of the prizes set forth in Section D.1 below. For purposes of the kiosk portion of the promotion, you must be at least 55 years of age to be eligible for a prize.
- Virtual Drawing Promotion:
a.When a Participant’s name is drawn, such Participant will have five (5) minutes from the first announcement of his/her name and/or account number to personally claim their prize at the Marketing or Player Development area designated by Greektown in order to be eligible to win their prize. If the Participant claims the prize within this allotted time, the Participant will be eligible for the prize only if the Participant meets the definition of Winning Participant. For purposes of this promotion, to be a Winning Participant, you must be at least 55 years of age.
b.Greektown will continue to draw names until all prizes are awarded to Winning Participants.
c.A Participant is limited to only one (1) prize per Thursday for the virtual drawing portion of the promotion. Accordingly, if a Participant’s name is previously drawn to win a prize during the virtual drawing portion of the promotion on a particular Thursday, and the Participant’s name is subsequently drawn again on that same Thursday, the subsequent drawing will be deemed void and treated as forfeited. In the event of the foregoing, Greektown will continue to draw names until all prizes are awarded to Winning Participants.
D.TYPE AND AMOUNT OF PRIZES TO BE AWARDED:
- Kiosk Promotion:
a.Following participation in the kiosk portion of the promotion, Participants will be awarded one of the following prizes:
i.Virtual drawing entries for the same day; and/or
ii.$5 - $100 Bonu$ Play; and/or
iii.$10,000 Cash.
b.There is only one (1) $10,000 cash prize.
- Virtual Drawing Promotion:
a.The virtual drawings shall take place at a Marketing or Player Development area designated by Greektown and will occur on the date(s) set forth above at the times set forth below.
b.The 5prizes that will be awarded on each Thursday for the virtual drawing portion of the promotion are as follows (totaling $5,000):
