Topic:"The Three R's of Stakeholder Management: the Right Information to the Right People at the Right Time"
Co-Presenters:Lisa Hammer and David Newman (Leadership Techniques)
Presenter Website:
Presentation Summary:
The purpose of this presentation is to simplify and summarize the many aspects of stakeholder management and provide project managers with the information needed to create and manage a sustainable stakeholder management plan that will lead to less stress and greater project success!
From initial identification of interested parties and individuals to the management and engagement of your stakeholders throughout your project lifecycle, the ability to get the right information to the right people at the right time can absolutely make or break your project.

Project success must be measured in terms of requirements, budgets, schedules...and people! When the project is completed, we need our people to be energized for the next project. We need them to be motivated to stay with the organization! Employee turnover is costly in terms of money and intellectual property. We must recognize our obligations as project managers in this regard. Stakeholder management is critical to the acceptance of your project results while also being a critical component of managing projects to a successful conclusion with respect to clients, sponsors, management, your team and you!
