TEAM Assessment Survey
Whatit is
The TEAM Assessment Survey is a list of survey question intended to help team members assess how they are behaving as a group and according to TEAM behaviors.
Whyit’s useful
Allowing team members the opportunity to assess team dynamics in an anonymous way will provide honest feedback on how the group is performing as a team. The results of the survey can guide the team in identifying which behavior(s) need improvement and what to do to enhance team results.
Howit works
Distribute the survey questions to all team members, and provide a deadline for when responses are due. Collect and tally the results, and present them to the team for discussion and next steps.
