REPORTING STRUCTURE
OVERALLPURPOSE
To manage the day to day operations of fixed sales under newly commissioned sites to ensure targets are achieved within the specified time period.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Minimum Qualifications /
  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Engineering, Marketing or related field
  • Project Management qualification will be an added advantage

Professional Registration /
  • Zambia Institute of Marketing or any relevant professional body

Minimum Experience /
  • 8years’ experience preferably in fixed sales telecoms/FMCG industry

Key Knowledge /
  • Local Markets including market trends, good understanding of sales and service environment

Key Skills /
  • Business Acumen, Customer Care, Sales

Key Attributes/Competencies /
  • Achievement Orientation, Customer Service Orientation, impact and influence

  1. Fixed Sales
/
  • Ensure fixed sales tactical plans are executed and producing outputs that meet the commercial target (sales & revenue, subscriber No.s, deployment timelines, program budgets etc)
/ -Monthly fixed sales set targets achieved
  1. Visibility
/
  • Ensure optimal visibility and supply of fixed sales products in the project area for easy access of our products by customers.
/ -Well branded fixed sales products available in the trade
  1. Supervision
/
  • To ensure effective day to day supervision of fixed sales teams and contracted delivery teams in order to meet the set targets within the given time frame.
/ -Effective teams achieving its target
  1. Reporting
/
  • Compile and analyse sales figures for the site area
  • Prepare weekly reports showing site performance for management information and decision making
/ Reports
-Daily - the following day
-Weekly - Monday every week
-Monthly - 2 days after month end
-Quarterly - 1 week after end of Quarter

NOTE: Management may at its discretion change the KPIs and weighting as per dictates of the job and these would be signed for.
