CSOs Self-Assessment Form

As part of their application to the Support to Moldovan Civil Society Development Grants program, CSOs must submit the results of the self-assessments of their organizational and training capacity. This Self-Assessment Form is a technical tool that will help CSOs to meet their own goals by objective self-evaluation that evaluates their organizational strengths and weaknesses. This form should be attached to the Application form and will be evaluated by an independent Selection Committee. It should be discussed and completed by the CSO team and signed by the Head of the CSO Board.

4.1 – 6 – the CSO is fully functioning and sustainable, with a diversified resource base, partnerships, and networks and developed as formal as informal.
