What difference we actually made(and how we know this)

We’d like some information about the overall outcomes you achieved i.e. what difference our funding helped you make.It is also good for us to know how you gathered this information.
It can be helpful to include examples of how things changed for individuals or service users as a result of your work – you could do this by using genuine case studies and/or quotes.
Please also tell us about any specific impact for individuals, e.g. 15 pupils re-engaged with school, 5 volunteers moved on to work/college, 6 families have moved on to the local playgroup.

Challenges and changes

We know that almost all projects come up against unexpected challenges, and we’d like you tell us about any:
  • Problems you encountered that slowed progress, stopped the outcomes happening or forced a change of plan.
  • Unexpected outcomes, positive or negative, and anything you would do differently in the future.

Funding

Tell uswhat the grant paid for and any other funders involved. You should also tell us if there is any underspend remaining and how you would like to use this.

The Future

It is useful to give us some general information about the future development of the project and the charity overall, such as funding prospects, changes to delivery, new projects, etc.
