Application for Undergraduate Honors Thesis Grant

This grant is intended to supportcosts a student may incur when conducting research as part of the thesis project. Only thesis projects already approved by the University Honors Program or a Department Honors Program are eligible. The maximum award is $500, and approved expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of original receipts. Students may receive only one honors thesis grant during their academic career.

Honors Thesis Grants for thesis proposals approved in the spring semester of a student’s Junior year must be submitted by September 1. Students receiving thesis approval during fall of their Senior year must submit the Honors Thesis Grant byOctober 30.

Grant decisions will be made by mid-October for the September 1 deadline and by the end of November for the October 30 deadline.
