Notes

  • Two semesters (6 credits) worth of EDP 664/665 Counseling Practicum are required; most students complete 3 credits of EDP 664 in Fall 2016 and then another 3 credits of EDP 664 in Spring 2017
  • You must complete all program requirements by the end of the Spring 2017 at the latest.
  • Those students who are looking to make themselves as competitive as possible for doctoral programs are encouraged to take 12 credits (i.e., 4 classes) during each of the four semesters they are in the program, which means they would earn a total of 48 credits by the time they graduate in Spring 2017. The sample POS below features a student who only 39 credit hours over the course of the degree.
