IB 531 / Spirituality and Values / Based on the experience in 2011 examples and book cases were added to address the course learning objectives. / Based on the analysis of the pre and post assessment data it was clear that students did show enhanced learning on the “Spirituality and Value” dimension. / None / None
IB 543 / Intellectual Inquiry and Communication / Change course design and delivery to enhance students’ knowledge and skills in proper application of the course materials. / Students grasp key concepts and skills in conducting global business negotiations. Students are able to assess and deal with social, cultural and economic impacts on global business negotiation / Include Role play and simulations (practical applications) / Assess the knowledge retention and the efficacy of simulations by creating rubrics to evaluate the students’ acquired knowledge and communication skills
