Overview
Throughout my career, I had worked for Bridgestone, GE, Monsanto and other companies in Singapore, Indonesia and the United States, holding various management positions in business and financial management. This included my position as Regional Finance Director, Southern Asia in charge of financial management of 12 companies operating in 9 countries in Asia.
After leaving the corporate world, I have been working as an independent consultant and university lecturer, teaching business and finance courses. Being bilingual in English and Chinese, I also conducted management training courses to company executives in Shanghai, China using English and Mandarin as medium of instruction.
I have livedand worked in Malaysia, Australia, Singapore, the United States and Indonesia. At present, I live partly in Singapore and partly in Shanghai, China with my wife who is a China national and a graduate of a ChineseUniversity in Shanghai. She is a member of my team working on Chinese translation, proofreading and editing..
