To book a place at this event, complete and return this sheet as soon as possible but no later than 15th January 2016. Places are allocated on a first come first served basis.

Price:professional attending with display stand on a table = £30each. Professional attending without display material = £20 each.Payment can be made by cheque or directly to the bank account.
